the personalized My Request list, the submitted requests can be retrieved
easily to review the status.
Administrator perspective
Upon receiving the submitted request from end-users,
designated service administrators can easily locate the waiting-to-process
requests from the My Job list for further operation; whilst most of the
requests had already processed automatically once the end-users submitted
the requests. To process a request is just a single click, then system
will generate the appropriate email notifications.
