e-Service Facility Booking System

EPRO e-Service Facility Booking System allows your organisation to effectively manage your resources and facilities through the internet. Staff can book internal resources and facilities from anywhere, anytime. This significantly increases organisational efficiency and lower administration cost without having to take up time on the telephone.

Users are able to use the front end of your web site to see when bookings have already been made and what space is available, they are also able to provisionally book places and receive confirmation all at the push of a button and a couple of form field entries.

End-user perspective
Facility or service availabilities can be enquired in the Online e-Service System by providing some specific criteria. End-users can operate most of the administrative work with the System and obtain the results immediately. Tons of email to and from can be avoided. With the personalized My Request list, the submitted requests can be retrieved easily to review the status.

Administrator perspective
Upon receiving the submitted request from end-users, designated service administrators can easily locate the waiting-to-process requests from the My Job list for further operation; whilst most of the requests had already processed automatically once the end-users submitted the requests. To process a request is just a single click, then system will generate the appropriate email notifications.
